Apple Suji Kheer For 8 Month Plus Babies & Kids.




Apple Suji kheer is a easy to make, delicious breakfastwith apple and semolina cooked with milk and ghee.
This recipe is specially made for the babies. Suji has diatery fiber and carbohydrate which gives babies an instant  energy.Apple will add in pureed form  without any chunks so that its easy for kids to eat.Choice of sweetener is upto you.I am not using any kind of sweetener here.
My Son is not a fussy eater He ate almost everything which I gave him but  he has a sweet tooth and always prefer sweet dishes over spicy ones.So he likes it very much.               INGREDIENTS : 1.Suji or Semolina :2 tablespoon2.Ghee:1 tablespoon3.Apple:1 whole4.Milk(baby formula or expressed breast milk):60 ml5.water:half cup.
                    METHOD:
Peel and chop the apple and boil or steam it until it become soft.Then mash or grind it to make apple sauce.Put ghee on pan and roast the rava until sligtly brown.
Add water and cook the rava until 3/4th 
cook in medium flame until completely done and water gets used up.
Add apple sauce/apple puree and cook until it is well combined
when it starts sticking to the bottom, switch off the flame and add formula or breastmilk  and mix well until well combined.serve warm.
