Ingredients
1 and half ripe tomatoes
1 small beetroot peeled and cubed
1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper
1 teaspoon butter
Instructions
Pressure cook tomatoes,and beet for 10 mins.
Cool down boiled vegetables.Puree the rest in a blender.Heat a pan then carefully pour the puree in the pot.
Add fresh ground pepper to taste and butter.
Bring to boil on medium high heat stirring few times.
Serve warm .
